can you email me over a design before I order, so I can see what it will look like?

No, we require payment for an order before any design work can begin. This includes FULL and SEMI custom decal kits. Furthermore we only send out design proofs on the following decal products: FULL CUSTOM KITS - SEMI CUSTOM KITS - PRO SERIES BUTT PATCHES. Other products such as; STD DECAL KITS - RACER DECAL KITS - BACKGROUNDS etc are all templated kits, and sufficient design work on relevant marques have been provided for you to make a purchasing decision. We sometimes hold previous design work of bike designs carried out in the past. Please contact us for further information or to receive a sample design of previous work.

How long does it take to get my graphics?

Our turnaround time is usually 2-3 days on backgrounds, butt patches, and smaller accessory decals. STD, RACER and RACE TEAM Replica kits can take anything up to 5 working days to turn round (dependant on workflow) SEMI & FULL Custom decal kits are anything from 5-10 working days. We send everything via UK MAIL Couriers or Royal Mail. This can usually take 1-3 working days to deliver in mainland UK. Our times are approximate, and therefore we always like to give a safe guard of 1-2 weeks to ensure that we are not 'OVER-PROMISING' and under- delivering with our service. We need to make sure that our busy periods are fully covered in case of emergencies or busy work schedules within the production dept. With that said, always check our home page for up to date production times.

Is my credit/debit card charged immediately?

Yes, upon making a full order via the website or via telephone - your card will be automatically charged for payment and printing work to be carried out.

Can I send you a picture of a graphics kit that I like, for you to copy?

No, we cannot copy anyone else's work. If you are sending us 'STYLES' of kits you like for inspiration and ideas, that is fine, as we can use these as guidelines. But we are hard working on our own designs for customers, to not have to copy existing kit designs already on the market. 100% original only here.

Why do you no longer provide proofs for backgrounds?

We provide design proofs on full decal kits that fall under the (Full or Semi Custom category) only. We decided that we can provide a much more efficient service by just processing orders as per the details given, and that design proofs for backgrounds simply slow the process down. Same concept works for STD, RACER and RACETEAM REPLICA decal kits too. Whereby sufficient designs have been supplied on the relevant pages for you to make an informal buying decision.

I have viewed my design proof, but I want to make a change. Is this possible?

We will make corrections as per the original design brief/order. Any changes outside the original order; such as font changes etc will incur a £10.00 design fee. This will be invoiced and charged to your credit/debit card accordingly.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

While we always try our best to get all orders out in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Do you sell plastics?

Yes, we have access to UFO plastics.... These are not listed on our website, please contact us for further details.

Do you offer rider sponsorship?

In previous years we have not been in a position to help riders as we have been finding our feet within this market. For 2012 we have put together a massive rider support scheme for club riders to really benefit from our product and help we have to offer. 2012 has already been filled for rider support, but please send us your applications for 2013 to: gareth@pro-decals.com

Do you sell MX shirt prints?

Again in the past we have used third party suppliers - Due to poor quality and turnaround time. PRO-DECALS will be looking at launching their own MX Shirt Printing service within 2012.
