PRO-DECALS is not responsible for typographical errors, therefore PRO-DECALS reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed, if there was a typographical error on the PRO-DECALS website concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered, when you placed the order.

PRO-DECALS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at www.pro-decals.com at any time.

PRO-DECALS may make changes to any products or services offered on the PRO-DECALS website, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at www.pro-decals.com with respect to products and services may be out of date, and PRO-DECALS makes no commitment to update the information provided on www.pro-decals.com with repesct to such products and services.

PRO-DECALS reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice:

(1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to www.pro-decals.com, or to any portion of www.pro-decals.com, for any reason.

(2) to modify or change www.pro-decals.com, or any portion of the www.pro-decals.com site, and any applicable policies or terms; and

(3) to interrupt the operation of www.pro-decals.com, or any of www.pro-decals.com, as necessary to perform routine or non routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

If you are not satisfied with your PRO-DECALS product, please contact us for a refund request, within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Our custom products may notbe returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is defective.

Instructions and recommended application techniques are provided in your package or on our website. Defect of products due to use of unauthorised application procedures, will not be replaced or exchanged.

If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened, in the original packaging, PRO-DECALS will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the PRO-DECALS head office within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the refund request approval. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation that shipped with the product.

NOTE: PRO-DECALS recommends that you; (1) use registered post for all returns and (2) Either insure your package for safe return to PRO-DECALS or declare full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you chose not to (1) use registered post or a freight company that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipment.

Items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior refund request approval.

Please note that PRO-DECALS does not permit the return of, or offer refunds on the following products:

Products that are customised to your specifications, including semi-custom and full custom products, without manufacturing defects.

PRO-DECALS primarily offers products that are custom-configurated to your specifications, and PRO-DECALS encourages you to review your order details carefully before submitting your completed order to us. Since our products are designed to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once your order is in production.
