Shipping Method.

All PRO-DECALS orders are sent via UKMAIL Couriers or Royal Mail Post. UK Mail offer a Next Business Day Delivery service (See delivery time below for more details) and includes a tracking number so you can track the location of your parcel at anytime. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday - Friday) All Royal Mail deliveries are sent recorded or guaranteed delivery, with a tracking number for your references.

Delivery time.

Generally most parcels are delivered next business day after dispatch. This is dependant on whether you are in the UK Mail 'Next Business Day' delivery areas. If you are not in one of these areas, delivery time ca be up to 3 working/business days. If packages are being sent via Royal Mail's secure 'recorded delivery or guaranteed delivery' service, this can be anything from next day to 3 working days for arrival. Should you have any problems, please do not hesitate to get in contact.

Shipping Area's.

PRO-DECALS delivers to any location with the UK, serviced by UK MAIL Couriers or Royal Mail delivery (Covers almost all of the UK) We do not currently ship internationally, however if you are an international customer, please contact us for delivery and shiiping rates before making any purchases.

TRACKING your parcels.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain the date your order was shipped, along with a tracking number so you can track your parcel at anytime through the UK Mail or Royal Mail websites. Just enter your tracking number into the 'Consignment or Tracking Number' fields located in the relevant sections of the respective websites.

Packaging.

Your graphics will come flat packed or boxed (dependant on the size of the parcel) They will be sent in a 'tough bag' with a cardboard insert. This ensures that your graphics do not bend or get folded whilst in transit. Also included with your ordr, will be your invoice and payment receipt. We do aim to keep any un-neccessary packagin to a minimum, and the cardboard inserts used are recycled from our packaging or vinyl roll boxes and other cardboard boxes.

Returned packages.

If your parcel is returned to us for ANY reason, you will still be responsible for the original shipping fee charged to you by PRO-DECALS. We will contact you via phone or email to re-confirm your shipping address. You will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-send your parcel, plus any other charges incurred to PRO-DECALS from the Courier/Royal Mail.
