PRO-DECALS will accept the following methods of payment:
- All major CREDIT/DEBIT Cards (excl AMEX)
- PayPal
- Cheque or Postal Order
If you are paying by credit/debit card, PRO-DECALS can accept this method of payment, via our secure online payment services through our e-commerce shop, or over the telephone with one of our sales team on 01273 813736. Should you wish to pay via cheque/postal order, we will await for the payment to clear in our bank before any decal production/shipping of goods will commence. Should any payment return to us as 'unpaid' we shall contact you via telephone and email to notify you of this.
Should payment not be received within 5 working days (Mon-Fri) PRO-DECALS shall cancel your order immediately, and notify you via email or telephone. Cheque payments can be received up to 10 business days to allow for postage. Should you experience any difficulties, then please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
We cannot accept online orders for those customers wishing to pay via cheque. Any person wishing to pay via this method, will need to order their goods over the telephone, with one of our members of the sales team.
Upon reading the PRO-DECALS full terms and conditions, you are commiting yourself to purchase our products upon placement of order, either by telephone or via our e-commerce site. Please ensure that you are either the card holder or you have the card holders full permission to make payment, as PRO-DECALS cannot accept liability for this. Please make sure that when making payment via credit/debit cards, that you give the correct billing address details, and also the correct shipping details too. Failure to do so may result in non payment and/or your graphics order being cancelled.
Should you wish to request a full refund, please notify us as soon as possible as per our terms and conditions page - (general terms and conditions) If the product is defective and a refund has been requested - a full no quibble refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued upon receipt of the faulty goods and refund request. It is down to the discrepancy of PRO-DECALS in regards to a refund, should 'faulty goods' not be the case for a refund.
We will look at each refund request case individually, to ensure that the correct procedures and propper practices are carried out.
